Qureo

Trust, safety and privacy

Care people can use without fear.

Qureo handles sensitive questions. This page explains how information is protected, how providers are verified, what AI does and does not do, and where the limits of the service sit.

Principles

What Qureo commits to.

These principles shape how the product is designed and how services are delivered.

Judgment-free by design

Qureo is built for questions people find difficult to ask. The experience uses neutral language, avoids assumptions about your situation, and does not require you to justify why you are asking.

You control your information

You decide what you share, which services you use, and who can see your records. Sharing access with a provider is a deliberate action you take, and it can be withdrawn.

Providers are verified

Healthcare professionals on Qureo are checked against the registration and licensing requirements of the country where they practise before they can consult with users.

AI has clear boundaries

Qureo AI supports understanding and navigation. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medicines, or replace qualified healthcare professionals. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect.

People make clinical decisions

AI supports the experience. Healthcare professionals make clinical decisions. Where a situation needs clinical judgment, Qureo points you to a qualified professional rather than answering for one.

Data use is purposeful

Information you provide is used to deliver the service you asked for, to connect you with the right provider, and to keep a record you can access. Qureo does not sell personal health information.

Payment stays separate from your history

Paying for care through Qureo Health Wallet does not require the person handling payment to see the clinical detail of your consultation.

Emergencies have limits

Qureo is not an emergency response service. In a life-threatening situation, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest facility. Qureo can support guidance and referral, but it cannot guarantee response times.

Your rights

What you can ask for at any time.

  • A copy of the information held about you
  • Correction of information that is wrong or out of date
  • Withdrawal of access you previously granted to a provider
  • Closure of your account
  • An explanation of how a service used your information
  • Support from a person when something has gone wrong

Rights and retention requirements vary by country. Qureo follows the applicable requirements in the country where a service is delivered.
