These terms apply when you use Qureo, a connected health platform operated by Qureo Health Technologies, through any channel, including the app, the web, WhatsApp, SMS, USSD, or assisted access through a community health agent.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Qureo provides health information and access to healthcare services. It does not provide a diagnosis and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Qureo is not an emergency response service. In a life-threatening situation, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest facility.

AI supports the experience. Healthcare professionals make clinical decisions.

Qureo AI does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medicines, or replace qualified healthcare professionals. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be relied on as a clinical opinion.

Consultations, prescriptions, medicines, laboratory tests, and emergency response are delivered by verified providers, pharmacies, laboratories, and response services. Those organisations are responsible for the care and services they provide.

Provider availability, service coverage, and fulfilment vary by country and participating provider.

Provide accurate information about yourself and your situation, since guidance and care depend on it.

Use the service for yourself, or for someone you are authorised to support.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other people's information, or use it for anything unlawful.

Keep your account credentials secure.

Where a service has a cost, the cost is shown before you confirm. Payments may be made through Qureo Health Wallet or another supported method.

Refunds, cancellations, and sponsored or employer-funded access follow the terms of the specific service or programme.

Qureo aims to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, network conditions, or events outside our control. Features may change as the platform develops.

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, Qureo Health Technologies is not liable for outcomes arising from decisions taken on the basis of general health information, or for the acts and omissions of independent providers.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer or healthcare law of your country.

These terms will be updated as Qureo expands to new countries and new services. The updated date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
